Second, let me take a moment to introduce myself... my name is JERARD MARTIN DINCES... but everyone calls me JERRY! I was born in Brooklyn, New York on the 10th of MAY 1949.
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology in 1972 and a Master of Science in psychology in 1974... both granted by Long Island University.
In 1977 I was granted a Juris Doctor (Doctor of Law) by Western State University, Fullerton California. I was subsequently admitted to practice law in the State of California in 1978.
In addition to practicing law I was sworn in as a JUDGE PRO TEM in 1984 (this means that since I have the qualifications to be a Judge... I may be called upon to serve on the bench when needed in the capacity of a Judge) and since have sat on the bench in the San Bernardino Superior and Juvenile Courts, as well as the Court in Riverside
& San Diego Counties.
